With over 20 years of experience in movement and dance, Alyona has spent 15 of those years dedicated to Ballroom and Latin dancing - both as a performer and instructor. In the past five years, she has also expanded her expertise to include Pilates instruction, further deepening her understanding of body mechanics and movement.Â
Throughout her career, Alyona has nurtured artistry, discipline, and physical development in her students. Her strong foundation in both dance and Pilates, combined with a genuine passion for working with children, allows her to effectively guide and inspire young dancers from an early age.
Alyona is enthusiastic about sharing her skills and love for movement to help children discover the joy and beauty of ballroom dancing, encouraging them to grow in confidence, creativity, and coordination through this elegant and expressive sport.
