only if they are able to perform independantly

PERFORMER'S REGISTRATION

The performance fee for each student is $250. It is required for all students who wish to perform to register and submit payment. Additionally, all performers must have and wear the BallroomBees uniform and dance shoes.

The performance fee includes:

  • The opportunity to demonstrate their talents on stage

  • Certificate of Performance

  • A reserved seat for performers to watch the show when they are not on stage

  • Professional event photos

  • Link to the full performance video

  • The chance to witness some of the top dancers in Hong Kong and the world showcasing their skills

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do children who are performing need to buy tickets? No. Children and registered students of BallroomBees who are performing in the BallroomBees Ball don't need to buy tickets. If we were assigned a show time and we can't make that time, can we change it and be in a different show time? Yes. Please call us directly to see if we can rearrange your show time. Only serious reasons will be considered. If we have 3 children but they are in different show, how should we arrange it? Please direct message us and we will try to accommodate all siblings in the same show time. Can my child dance in two or more shows? No. Students will only be able to perform in one show and one group which will be assigned by their teacher. Can I dance with my child? No. Children need to be unaccompanied to be able to perform in the show. If your child is in MiniBees under 3's and you would like them to preform they will need to get permission from your BallroomBees instructor to let us know the child is in fact able to be independent. What will my child need to wear for the performance? Every performer MUST wear an appropriate BallroomBees dance uniform and dance shoes. It can be any combination of your current class uniform or anything from our dance shop. How long will my child be on stage dancing? Each age category and group performance will be around 10-12 minutes. Each show will be around 1 hour and 15 min and will include professional dance performances and an awards ceremony. If your child has joined BallroomBees after Nov 1st, they will need to be approved my the teacher to be able to participate in the Ball showcase.
