HOW TO REGISTER

STEP 1:

Complete the Performers
Registration Form
by October 31st. 

Registration Fee is $450.
*
Late registrations may not be accepted and there will be an additional $100 late charge

STEP 2:

Each student will receive their show allocation
(Show 1 or Show 2) on 
November 6th

STEP 3:

Tickets will be available starting
November 12th.
Please ensure you book tickets for the assigned show.
Tickets price will range from

HKD$325-495

*Note that your child will be able to take part in the show
ONLY if they are able to perform independently and follow the uniform guideline
*Please make sure you are available for the entire day until you get the Show Allocation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What is included in the registration fee?
    It includes the performing opportunity, BallroomBees gift, and a certificate.

  2. Do children who are performing need to buy tickets?
    No, children who are performing in the BallroomBees Ball do not need to buy tickets.

  3. When can the parents & spectators purchase the tickets?
    Tickets will be available for purchase on early November.

  4. What should we do if we have siblings in different shows?
    Please contact us directly, and we will rearrange the show times.

  5. Can my child dance in both shows?
    No, each student can only perform in one show as assigned.

  6. My child is in MiniBees. Can I dance with my child?
    No, children must perform independently. If your child is in MiniBees (under 3), we will need to confirm that they can perform independently.

  7. What will my child need to wear for the performance?
    Every performer must wear BallroomBees dance uniform and dance shoes.
    Please check our uniform guidelines for reference.

  8. How long will my child be dancing on stage?
    Each performance will last about 8-10 minutes. The entire show will be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, including professional performances and finale.

  9. My child has only just registered for the term, can they perform?
    Students joining BallroomBees before October 31st will be eligible to perform. Students joining after this date will need to contact us directly.

  10. Will I need to purchase a ticket?
    Yes, all audience members must purchase a ticket. Children under 3 years old are exempt from this requirement but will not be allocated a separate seat.

  11. Can we change our assigned show time?
    Please WhatsApp us directly to see if we can rearrange your show time.
