A decorated dancer himself, Mr. Alen has achieved notable success on national and international stages, including:

 - S-Class Latin Dance Program

 - B-Class European Dance Program

 - Candidate Master of Sports

 - Silver Medalist – Karelia Championship

 - Two-time Semi-Finalist – Saint Petersburg Latin-American Championship
